Individual Artist Fellowship, Theater

PisapiaPagettaHeadshotFrom Veggie Tales to Steel Magnolias, Keri Pagetta’s acting talent and experience is widespread. Be it serious or comedic, film or live theatre, commercial or fairytale, Keri find’s her inspiration rooted in one idea–joy. As the Ancient Egyptians believe a good and full life is one that both found and gave joy, this actor and educator seeks to truthfully embody her characters so that, through this art form, she can connect with others while also fulfilling herself.

Recently seen with the TN Women’s Theater Project (TWTP) in Voices of Nashville, Keri was also honored as the Best Actor for her work in the short film Embalmer’s Gray. In addition to future work with TWTP, Keri and her husband are also in the process of creating a sketch comedy based on the lives of Don and Donna Jovi. She looks forward to resuming voice lessons and taking acting classes with the help of her IAF award.

The Individual Artist Fellowship awards professional artists who have exhibited excellence in their discipline of choice. For more information, click here.
