Joyce Howard started creating as a form of therapy after a Traumatic Brain Injury and to pay homage to her mother whom is also an Artist. Art helps with anxiety and Brainbuilding skills needed to help with memory as well. Knowing this she longed to share this in a culture that’s often overlooked but go through these issues. She believes in the importance of independence, learning and “being mature enough to remain a kid at heart” is her motto.

Program Description:
Resin art is a form of arts and crafts that uses resin (epoxy or casting) as one of its main supplies. Resin can be mixed with paint or inks to create colorful patterns and designs, poured on top of paintings to create a thick and glossy protective coat. Silicone molds of all sizes are used to mske designs. For bigger designs for pieces like River Tables require more materials including wood materials, sanding and saw materials and leveling tables. It is also very necessary ro have correct PPE materials and Proper Mixing cups .For my Abstract artwork Materials needed such canvas paper and boards of all shapes and sizes the larger ones are more expensive. Painting materials such as Paint, Brushes. Glosses and various mediums are needed to create art of different textures etc. As i do Mixed Media 2 and 3 Dimensional artwork in many forms.
