TSPN Youth and Young Adult Art Show

The Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network (TSPN) East Region is hosting an art show on April 30th for youth and young adults. One of the most common things I hear amongst students is I’ve told adults that I’m depressed, but they don’t hear or understand me. To allow a space for youth and young adults to express themselves, TSPN in partnership with TN Voices, Tennessee School of Beauty, and Goodwill to host an art/fashion show on April 30th called Unfiltered: From Scars to Beauty.
We already have a high school student slated to read her original poetry, a high school student to play original music, and the Tennessee School of Beauty will be doing a full fashion show in partnership with Goodwill. The event will be held at Pellissippi State Community College Magnolia Campus from 2-5 p.m. EST. We would LOVE to have representation across the entire East Region!
