Tennesseans with Disabilities – Be a Featured Artist in Breaking Ground Magazine!

Tennessee Arts Commission is proud to join with the Tennessee Council on Developmental Disabilities and Borderless Arts Tennessee to present the Art Edition of Breaking Ground.

You could be published in a magazine reaching 6,000 people statewide!

Every year, the Tennessee Council on Developmental Disabilities produces a special issue of our magazine, Breaking Ground, celebrating the creative work of Tennesseans with disabilities. We feature all kinds of artwork and writing, as well as articles about inclusive arts programs across the state.

If you are a Tennessean with a disability and:

• create any kind of visual art
• take photos
• write poetry, creative essays, or stories
• make crafts
• engage in other artistic activities

… send us your work! We can consider written work up to 800 words and up to 3 pieces of visual artwork.
