TAC FY24 Grant Closeout Due Now

If you haven’t done so already, submit closeout forms (evaluation and request for funds) for your FY2024 grants NOW.  If you are unsure, look in the online grant portal for Reports Due in the NEW or CHANGES REQUESTED folders. Forms were due on June 15, except for a few organizations that received prior permission to submit after that date. This is the last appeal for your organization to make sure that you have submitted your grant evaluation and request for funds.  Please make sure you have submitted these forms for all FY2024 grants.

Grantees who received prior permission to submit forms after June 15 must submit them before the end-of-day June 30!
