ARTSMemphis announces ARTSassist, an unrestricted grant program now open for individual artists across visual art, dance, music, and film in Shelby County.

No other local organization is giving unrestricted funding directly to individual artists on an annual basis.

As a city, we must provide resources in order to grow our creative economy. Whatever they might need—professional development, space, or supplies—ARTSassist exists to help artists advance their art. These grants allow them to do their work in their practices on their terms.
