AEP5 One-Page Org Survey Deadline Extended to November 30
The Arts & Economic Prosperity 5 one-page organizational survey is now due November 30

The deadline to participate in Arts and Economic Prosperity 5 has been extended, but is still coming up quick—Wednesday, November 30. The survey is just one page and will take roughly 10 minutes to complete. We urge you to participate to ensure the success of this important project that will support the arts in every community across Tennessee. All fiscal year 17 TN Arts Commission grantees are required by contract to complete the survey.
The findings from this study—the largest and most comprehensive study ever conducted to measure the economic impact of nonprofit arts and culture—will become a valuable arts advocacy tool at the local, state and national levels.

We request that you provide information about your 2015 or 2016 fiscal year. The one-page survey will ask you to provide your organization’s total support and revenue, total value of in-kind donations received, total operating expenses, total capital expenses, size of workforce/volunteers, and total attendance. Your best estimates are fine (enter zeroes if applicable).
