FY26 Grant Closeout

Now is the time to close out your grant(s) with TAC for 2026! Please do not wait until the grant deadlines to submit your forms. Important closeout deadlines are as follows:

• May 15 – Major Cultural Institutions, Partnership Support, Small Rural Partnership Support, Small Urban Partnership Support
• June 1 – Arts Project Support, Creative Placemaking, Rural Arts Project Support
• June 15 – Arts for All, Education, Rural Arts Facilities Fund, Arts Build Communities

To find the reports needed to close your grant, log into the online grants system and look in the left-hand menu under GRANTS MANAGEMENT for Reports Due and/or Changes Requested. Fill in the forms and don’t forget to attach the following to the final evaluation: an Itemized List of Expenditures, and TN Arts Commission credit. Be sure to click “Submit” at the bottom right when you are ready.

The single most important piece of information you need for grant closeout is the Itemized List of Expenditures showing allowable expenses to be reimbursed and the required match for your organization’s grant. This is uploaded as part of the final evaluation. Align your expenditures with your approved grant contract budget or contact your program officer to request a contract line-item budget change if needed.
