“This demonstration project from the US Department of Education’s Rehabilitation Services Administration will fund innovative model demonstration projects to assist people with disabilities transitioning from subminimum wage to competitive integrated employment. One of the six specified topic areas they will address is the arts. While the applicant must be a state Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agency, arts organizations can be a key partner.
