Knox Makers is a place for the Knoxville area’s engineers, artists, hobbyists, innovators, educators and entrepreneurs to work and play. We are a technology and art collective dedicated to the promotion of creativity enabled and informed by science. Our lectures, workshops, and outreach programs inspire and educate both members and the general public. Our workshop provides members with both the space for large projects and the tools to complete them. We are a non-profit educational organization supported by member dues and staffed by volunteers.

A group of people sits at red tables in a workshop, working with sewing machines and tools. The room has red and white painted walls, and various supplies are visible on the tables and shelves.

A group of people sit around a table in an art studio, working on sculpting projects. Various tools, plastic bowls, and materials are spread across the table. One person stands holding an object, possibly instructing.

Four people stand outside in front of a red garage-style door as one person uses a large saw to cut through a metal object, creating sparks. All wear gloves and dark shirts; one has bright pink hair.
