Paula Swallows Stover (b.1944) is the 5th generation to live and work on Ivy Hill Farm; a Tennessee Century Farm (1858) in Overton County, TN. Paula worked as a substitute teacher with the Overton County school system for many years at Rickman School and Livingston Academy. She also worked at Overton County Adult Education. Paula is active with the Overton County Historical Society of approximately 175 members and served as president for six years. She also volunteered for about ten years at the Overton County Archives. Paula became the director of the Overton County Heritage Museum in 2003 and still holds that position today. The museum is a member of the Tennessee Association of Museums and served on their state board for three years. She has been a member of Dodson Chapel United Methodist Church for almost 62 years where she sings in the choir and is the substitute pianist.
