Grant Closeout is Fast Approaching

If your FY21 Tennessee Arts Commission grant(s) is not yet closed, you should be working on that now! To close out, please submit the final evaluation and the request for funds form.

To see what’s due, log into the online grants system and look in the left-hand menu under GRANTS MANAGEMENT for Reports Due and/or Changes Requested. Fill in the forms and don’t forget to attach the following to the final evaluation: an Itemized List of Expenditures, TN Arts Commission credit, and, if required, Specialty License Plate information. Be sure to click “Submit” at the bottom right when you are ready.

The single most important piece of information you need for grant closeout is the Itemized List of Expenditures showing allowable expenses to be reimbursed and match. This is uploaded as part of the final evaluation. Align your expenditures with your approved grant budget or contact your program officer to request a contract line item budget change if needed.
