ARTSmemphis Seeks Director of External Affairs & Communications

ARTSmemphis is hiring a Director of External Affairs & Communications, a new leadership role that will help advance the organization’s strategic plan through communications, partnerships, public positioning, and community engagement.

The Director of External Affairs & Communications will ensure civic leaders, donors, and community members truly understand and appreciate the role of ARTSmemphis, the value of the arts, the function the arts play in uplifting communities, and their fundamental importance to a healthy, vibrant city.

In this role, the selected candidate will help advance ARTSmemphis’ work to strengthen the local arts community, amplifying investments in organizations and artists whose work supports employment, engagement, and entertainment across the city.
