ArtUp Creative Business Accelerator
Community L.I.F.T. launched the inaugural ArtUp Creative Business Accelerator as a part of the Center for Creative Entrepreneurs at the South Main Artspace Lofts in Memphis. The program offered resources, coaching, classes, and workshops to help emerging and under-resourced artists learn how to manage assets, hire staff, use digital marketing strategies, pitch business to potential investors, and protect intellectual property. The Accelorator was conducted as virtual training due to stay-at-home orders during the COVID-19 pandemic, and each Accelorator Fellow received funds to cover business related expenses.
