Joe Gomez is a filmmaker and writer who has traveled the world making documentaries, short films, and commercial work. He deeply values the people in front of and behind the camera as well as the things that they value and believes it’s that magic in between that anything worth making comes from. Joe was recently chosen for the Tennessee Arts Commission Individual Artist Fellowship in Film as well as the Creative Futures x Soho house Creative Fellowship.

– The documentary, Room to Play is the story of a community orchestra based in Nashville, Tennessee. The Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra (also referred to as the NPO) is composed of amateur and professional musicians who gather weekly to rehearse music that is challenging, new, and diverse. Their dedication and performance is of the highest quality and they do this as volunteers.

– The City of Joy is a documentary about life in the slums and villages of India. Following a girl trying to get an education, a mother raising two daughters alone, and a man who pulls a rickshaw through the city streets of Kolkata to provide for a family of seven, this is a portrait of the dreams, challenges, determination, and daily lives of three people and the city they live in.​​

Labor of Love: Episode 2 feat. Chelsea McGough is a documentary that follows cellist, composer, and producer Chelsea McGough and encourages shedding the fear filled narratives that can seep in, explaining how she searches for lightness and freedom when making music.

Ocean Breeze tells the story of a French Canadian tourist visiting an American beach town, but struggles to embrace what might be waiting outside of her hotel room.
