Updated Arts Toolkit For The Specialty License Plate Program

By Suzanne Lynch, Director of Marketing and Development –

In an effort to help our grantees promote the Arts Specialty License Plates, an updated toolkit is now available on the TN Specialty License Plates website. Please check the materials currently being used by your organization and update to implement the new TN Specialty Plate Program branding.

Tennessee Arts Commission grantee contracts state that grantees are strongly encouraged to incorporate the promotion of the Arts Specialty License Plate program and Gift-a-Tag program in organization communications including print advertising, websites, e-letters, social media, press releases, talking points and/or other mechanisms determined effective by the grantee.

The updated toolkit contains online ads, social media examples, print advertising examples and arts plate graphics. The toolkit is located at tnspecialtyplates.org under the partner tab. The partner tab password is “tnspecialtyplates.” Click on “Tennesseans For The Arts” to access the toolkit.

Additionally, as a reminder,
Required use of Tennessee Arts Commission logo
All notices, informational pamphlets, press releases, research reports, signs and similar public notices prepared and released by the grantee shall include the Tennessee Arts Commission logo. Logos and brand guidelines can be found here.
