    A scanned image of applicant’s Tennessee voter’s registration card or a legal and valid Tennessee driver’s license.
  • Accepted file types: doc, docx, pdf, Max. file size: 50 MB.
    A current professional, artist resume.
  • Describe your work and artistic intention in a short statement 500 words or less. You should provide background information and influences on your body of work, overall artistic philosophy, and a brief history of your development as an artist.
  • Accepted file types: doc, docx, pdf, Max. file size: 2 MB.
    The checklist should include the title, dimensions, and media of each work. If the works being submitted for consideration have been exhibited anywhere in the past five years, please list the work, where it was shown, and when.

      Upload 10 images. Each image must be a high resolution ,jpeg at at least 8" x 10" and 300 dpi. Compressed .jpegs must not exceed a file size of 5MB.
