Glass Street Pop-Ups

The Glass House Collective installed a pop-up farmer’s market & café, temporary crosswalks, neighborhood markers and artistic tree planters at Glass Street and Dodson Avenue. This project complemented work already completed by the organization on two blocks of Glass Street and is part of a larger community engagement-driven streetscape plan designed to nurture the creativity of the neighborhood, strengthen residents’ pride, and attract investment.

Six people, including one young boy, stand and pose energetically on an outdoor stage in front of a brick and white-paneled building. They wear casual, colorful clothes and some have their arms raised or bent in expressive gestures.

An outdoor community event features people walking around booths set up with blue tents, a fire truck, and various vehicles parked nearby. A small white building with orange trim sits in the center. Trees and hills are in the background.

Two adults and a child are outdoors on a street, painting together on a piece of paper placed on the ground. The child is holding a spray can, while one adult helps guide their hand. Orange traffic barrels are visible in the background.

A group of people wearing coats and hoodies gather outdoors on a cloudy day, surrounded by tables, chairs, and a green umbrella. Autumn leaves partially obscure the scene in the foreground.
