Fayetteville-Lincoln County Arts Center commissioned a mural depicting a 1930’s streetscape scene of the Fayetteville public square at its western gateway entrance. Planning for the project brought together the local arts community, city officials, and downtown merchants, and the mural was installed with assistance from high school youth and community volunteers.
