Design thinking is a process for creative problem-solving. In our interpretation, design thinking is comprised of six steps: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test and implement. This process allows anyone who is not trained as a designer to use creative tools to find solutions to a wide range of challenges.
At the conference, attendees will hear from two design experts and participate in two hands-on design thinking workshops. There the design thinking process will be learned, practiced and applied to real-world problems that you or your organization might be facing. The sessions will be facilitated by our plenery speakers and our partner, Bridge Innovate.
Additionally, there are ten design thinking sessions that explore the steps of the design thinking process. See the conference schedule for details.
