Main Street Mural

The Arts Center designed and installed an 80 foot by 10 foot mural on the Cannon Courier Main Street building. The mural incorporates images of Cannon County, highlighting basket making, mule driving, agriculture, the East Fork of the Stones River and local industry. The mural is prominently located across the town square from the recently completed public art “In Time Piece” installed by Bret MacFayden. Cannon County high school art students assisted artist Noah Church in completing the mural.

A colorful mural on a brick wall shows a landscape with a river, a stone bridge, green hills, a sunrise, and animals including goats, a cow, and a rabbit. The artwork features bold outlines and vibrant colors.

A mural shows two baskets filled with colorful flowers, including purple irises and orange daisies, set against a vibrant outdoor background with green grass, trees, and a river.

A colorful mural on a brick wall shows a large bee with orange and black stripes flying near a blooming purple and green flower, with a green background and wooden fence details.
