Nashville, Tenn.-based artist Lesley Patterson-Marx works in the mediums of books arts, marbling, printmaking, and works on fabric. She received her B.A. in Fine Art from Murray State University in 1997 and her M.F.A. from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, in 2001. She has exhibited her work in galleries, art centers, colleges, and universities throughout the United States including the Tennessee Arts Commission Gallery, as well as in Great Britain and The Netherlands. Lesley works as a teaching artist, and has taught at Watkins College of Art Design, and Film, and University School of Nashville.
