South Arts’ Emerging Leaders of Color

Emerging Leaders of Color is a new partnership program between South Arts and our colleague regional arts organization, WESTAF.

To promote representative leadership and equity in the arts, a small cohort of cultural workers and arts administrators located in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee will be selected to participate in a series of professional development and team-building workshops. This Southern pilot of ELC builds on the success of WESTAF’s ELC program which has been attracting, training, networking, and promoting a new generation of diverse arts leaders since 2010.
