Join TFTA in Nashville for Arts Advocacy Day March 2
By Suzanne Lynch, Director of Marketing and Development –
Tennessee’s Arts Advocacy Day is just two weeks away. Have you registered? Each year, arts supporters from across the state gather in Nashville to visit with their lawmakers.
Organized and presented by Tennesseans for the Arts (TFTA), Arts Advocacy Day offers the opportunity for all segments of Tennessee’s arts and cultural community to come together. The morning meeting is time to network and make new friends, as well as receive advocacy and policy information about arts funding in Tennessee. After the meeting, arts advocates are encouraged to speak with state legislators about the importance of the arts in Tennessee.
Join TFTA in Nashville for this important day and take your seat at the table to continue to build a strong, statewide community of arts advocates.
