East TN Grant Workshops Nov. 27-29

By Hal Partlow, Associate Director of Grants –

The Tennessee Arts Commission is concluding its series of free grants workshops across the state with three workshops in East Tennessee. Led by the Commission’s program directors, the workshops will cover what’s new for the next fiscal year, an overview of grant categories, the online application process, and agency contacts. Additionally, staff will address strategies for developing and submitting competitive applications, the application review process, technical hints and information for grantees on how to manage a grant award. Potential and current constituents, nonprofit organizations, local government agencies, Tennessee teachers and artists are encouraged these events, which will be adaptive to each attendees’ needs.
