NEA Announces Arts Access Program Solicitation

The National Endowment for the Arts has announced a program solicitation to develop a web-based toolkit designed to provide resources for job seekers and employers to help reduce barriers to careers in the arts for people with disabilities. They are encouraging applications that feature partnerships between the arts sector and the disability employment sector, with mutual project participation by both collaborators and direct involvement by persons with disabilities in project activities. The award is for up to $75,000 and must be matched 1:1. The deadline is April 18, 2017.

The purpose of the Program Solicitation is to select an organization to develop a web-based toolkit designed to provide resources for job seeks and employers to help reduce barriers to careers in the arts for people with disabilities.
